Help teachers identify stress triggers and apply practical strategies in their daily work environment.
Teachers often experience burnout and lack structured tools to manage stress effectively. This created a need for a practical, reflective learning experience.
I used scenario based learning to make the content relatable and interactive. Reflection activities were included to promote self-awareness, and a personalized plan builder was added to help learners apply strategies directly.
The content was structured in clear steps to avoid overwhelming the learner.
This module supports teachers in identifying stress triggers and building a personalized plan, making the learning both meaningful and applicable.
As part of my portfolio module, I developed this video tutorial to provide learners with guided instruction in a simple, visual format. This project highlights my strengths in designing multimedia learning content, aligning with UDL principles and diverse learning styles.

This project is an interactive eLearning module designed to help new employees understand and navigate their workplace benefits. The module was created using Articulate 360 and focuses on simplifying complex information through clear structure and engaging interactions.
The goal of this module was to help employees understand their available benefits and feel confident making informed decisions during onboarding.
Employee benefits information is often overwhelming and difficult to understand, especially for new hires. Many onboarding experiences present this information in a passive format, leading to confusion and low engagement.
This created a need for an interactive, learner friendly module that breaks down key information in a clear and accessible way.
I intentionally designed this module using Articulate 360 to create an interactive and self-paced learning experience.
Content was broken into manageable sections to reduce cognitive overload and improve comprehension.
I incorporated:
interactive elements to keep learners engaged
clear navigation to support user control
concise content to make complex information easier to understand
These decisions were made to ensure learners could move through the content confidently while retaining key information.
This module provides employees with a structured and engaging way to understand their benefits, supporting both clarity and confidence during onboarding.
The design focuses on usability and learner engagement, making the experience more effective than traditional information heavy formats.
